Alignment: Angels or Demons can either be evil or good, depending on them. Them being angel or being a demon is decided only with their belief if Fate is superior or not, and thus there may be evil angels, and good demons. The same goes for humans.

Powers: There are 4 types of powers. Angel Magic which are magic that involves things of light. Demon magic which involves magic of the darkness, Spiritual Prime which are the powers consequently given to humans who have crossed the void which may either be light or dark, and Undead magic, said to be the strongest of all.

Elements: Light and Dark magic may use elements. If a wood is used with dark magic, a dark effect will happen on that wood element. That is basically how it would work if your magic has elements.

Materializing: In order for angels or demons to materialize their wings to use their powers, they must use an incantation that is unique to them and is in accordance to their powers or abilities. Only the strongest of the angels or demons may take flight.

Age: For the Age, only the most experienced of Angels or Demons may have the age of more than 2000, those are mostly the most powerful ones as well. 100 Years for an angel is 10 years for a human, roughly.
